About This Production

Y is a devised physical theatre work that traces the cycle of life through the memories our bodies refuse to release. We grow, fracture, begin again—carrying fragments of what shaped us in ways that heal, harm, or quietly linger. The performance asks: what is “home”? A place of safety, a sense of belonging—or at times, the very source of suffocation and trauma?
